My only criticism is that the drinks holders on some of the machines eg-treadmills, are not very clean, just a little grimy. Joined new TruGym in Gateshead at the beginning of the year as the gym opened covid lockdown forced the gyms to close. The Pump was supposed to be run by a girl who no longer works in the gym but according to the booking form she is still there for next weeks session. This was a friendly gym in Boston Lincolnshire. The pool is regularly cold (the boiler once broke down and there was literally no heat in the pool), and the steam room frequently fails.
